What is my prognosis for stage 3b cervical cancer?

I have been diagnosed with stage 3b cervical cancer after a year and a half of trying to find out whats wrong. I am doing 7 1/2 weeks of radiation treatments 5 days a week and one chemo treatment per week for 5 weeks. I know the number of rotations of treatments will vary this as well. So Can you please tell me 1. my prognosis 2. how my prognosis improves if responding to treatments based on number of cycles that I do.

How do I overcome shyness and build confidence?

One of my worst fears is not being liked. As a child I was made fun of, and I'm afraid of that happening again. This causes me to be inhibited and shy when around certain people. Or else I just feel awkward and not myself. I develop a different personality and keep walls up to protect myself. I really hate it. How do I stop being shy and develop true confidence? How do I overcome my fear? I've heard sayings like "not everybodys going to like you, oh well" but it doesn't help me much. Thanks.

I slipped on some moss whilst camping and popped it out of socket. It was bent at a 45 degree angle at the knuckle. I immediately popped it back into place. It hurts but only minorly and is swollen. I can bend it almost the full rotation of the rest of them but is mainly stuck in the relaxed position. How long til i can safely use it?

my boyfriend is a leo guy, we are together for over a month. I was in shock with his response.. he went ahead and told me that he does not want things like that to be happening for the 2nd time, if so, he will be gone and not coming back. he said if i want to play him, he would be the wrong guy. he wanted to be respected and i did not show it by doing that to him..he said that i should have known that he would be worried and take it seriously.. I couldn't believe that he was taking this way.. was i wrong?? is that the nature of a leo guy like that??

Before you label me Gay, let me tell you a little something about myself. I don’t find cute men attractive, I don’t find pretty men attractive, I don’t find gay men attractive. Why do my cycle tyres have a direction of rotation arrow on them?

I've just bought some new tyres for may bike and I notice they have this arrow molded into the sidewall. None of the other tyres have this on them. I can't see how it would make any difference on a bike where both sides of the wheel are symmetrical, not like a car where there is a clear inside and outside.

The moon and this one bright star (Most likely Jupiter) next to it always sat right next to the sun as it came up (At about 4:30 AM, Northern Hemisphere). But now the moon and the star just totally changed its own orbit as if the Earth changed it's rotation (Which most likely did not happen). Now the moon and Jupiter come up where they used to set, only 3 hours before the sun rises. And they go off to the right and set further away from the sun now. I just noticed this chance about 3 days ago, and about 5 days ago it was doing what I already explained it was doing first. Why do i feel like this about respect?

so there's this teacher at my school and hes our librarian, he teaches us music theory ps im a grade 6 boy. so what happened was in music theory to me it makes no sense and the week before i brought my notebook home to study and i left it at home, then at the last time we had him my book was at home and also our library is really small so basically first he yelled at me and told me to find a computer when i said there was no more cause there wasn't!! then after about 30 minutes into the period he comes over to me and yells "DEVON WHAT HAVE YOU GOT DONE!!! me:nothing because there's no computers. so then he goes and kicks a student from another class and puts me on the computer with like 5 minutes left in the period! and i didn't understand what he wanted us to do so he sends over a girl in my class to help me. she shows me what to do so i do what she says, then the teacher yells from across the room "DEVON WHAT HAVE YOU GOT DONE me: im finished so he tells me to show him it in front of the class so i do. then he says its to good to be true and laughs at me in front of the whole class and then yells: I WILL GO THROUGH EVERYBODYS FILE TILL I FIND WHICH ONE YOU STOLE THIS FROM!!! which sent me into tears and then i yell back : I DIDN'T STEAL IT SHE HELPED ME! he continues laughing and then the bell rings and the period is over my friends try to comfort me but over this weekend i cant stop thinking about what happened and when i do i feel sick and tomorrow i have music theory and i dont know what to do PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

When I know I am being mistreated instead of finishing it, I go quiet and get worried. I put up with it & this had led me to physical abuse from partners in the past. Seriously, in my opinion before I learned anything like Spanish, German, or even if it was Japanese, I used all sorts of my brain. I played Pokemon, played Go Fish, and liked Astronomy. I was into Astronomy before I was taught any foreign languages. I learned about a planet's rotations and that got me into thinking what caused the day and night. So learning a foreign language helps me think more in languages? Basically, you have to move your mouth in a different way and say a lot of different words and when you type on the internet you have to type a lot of keys or even some to get you in trouble. I speak English, German, and Japanese and I'm getting a better dictionary source so I can continue with the German although my Japanese can pretty much say all the stuff for me that I would in English or German or any other language.

The best thing to do when burning is to stay positive, your current mentality is great! But it won't last forever, firstly when combating fat and weight issues it's best to avoid weights, at least for a start. Go for all things cardio, gym memberships rock. Do they have running machines? Go for things that expend energy without having a specific focus, weight-lifting only expends energy through our arms really. Running, skipping and cycling would probably be best. Fat IS energy and uses energy up uses fat up. Work, work, work! As hard as it will be the best way to get slim is to work into the ground, it's the reason it's so hard to keep fit. However, diets aren't really helpful when it comes weight loss, just watch the calories, that's the best way to focus on getting slim.

Suggestions for a boring teenage life?

hi, im a freshman in high school and honestly this year is horrible. the year is almost over, and so far high school totally sucks. i know its a typical "adolescent cliche" but it really does. My whole life ive always had trouble getting work done, but in middle school it was easy to get away with. i can never get projects and homework in on time, and the sad part is im really intelligent. Im a first class procrastinator, and im not sure if i'll ever change. And my home life sucks, you always hear about kids doing things with their family, or cousins and stuff. my whole family consists of pretty much my annoying mother and asshole dad, and a few uncles and aunts that i never see. no cousins, no syblings, and no one even remotely close in age. my family is somewhat wealthy but my parents are extremely tight with spending so i can never get an allowance or any nice things on birthdays or christmas. im not spoiled or anything but it would be nice to get some nice things or things fixed. like i cant get my xbox fixed because my parents are too lazy to pay for it to get repaired, and i have no hobbies or anything. my grades are half-***, no clubs, no interests, no athletic talent whatsoever (im a short skinny white kid), and hardly any friends. i cant uphold any hobbies that i start for some reason and i move from thing to thing but always get bored of it. My friends or what i guess id call "people to hang out with" are all total douchebags and tools. i have true friends, but two of them are never around because theyre involved with sports and stuff and my best friend lives in another town and i get to see him once a month or so. the people i hang out with are pretty boring and just get into trouble with the law, and smoke pot 24/7. but they do it cuz they think theyre cool, i do it by myself because it relieves stress, and i dont wanna hear how bad it is or anything just save me the headache. And ive always kinda been everybodys punching bag and i followed my friends around like a lost puppy cuz im a really shy kid unless you know me. but i never really got out there and made friends because i had these guys, but i never really expected them to turn into what they have. Its just i go to school which i hate, come home and do homework and go to bed. and thej weekends suck because i still have a project or something to do and nothing fun to do in between. and not only that i have some rare scalp condition thats easy to hide but pretty stressful but thats another thing. im not trying to brag but i do smoke weed and it really eases my stress, even though i am ashamed i do it. but yeah i really need something to do, or something to improve my life. the only things im interested in are my engineering class at school and sports cars.

ANIME: How can I NOT be a weeaboo?

First things first. I DON'T THINK I AM A WEEABOO. I love Anime and stuff. Well right now I am ONLY watching Naruto. Just one anime and I don't even read manga much. I have some of the openings on my ipod. I love asian food, and I want to learn the Japanese language. But I get called a weeaboo because of it? I don't want to learn the language for anime purposes. I just love the language and I rather learn that instead of french or spanish. Why can you go any distance in a car while the Earth is spinning in the opposite direction?

My theory on this is that the whole earth is spinning and the car is connected to the Earth which in turn means everything about direction is relative. Which brings to my next question that may disprove this theory why can a lane go anywhere while the Earth is spinning the opposite direction. How Can I Deal With A Super Annoying Co-Worker?

Hi. I work at a small retail business here in the San Francisco Bay Area. It's a great job and very fun. I've gotten to know most of the neighborhood and the people are very nice. There's only one problem. I have a very annoying co-worker. The guy is 55 years old. He was a very nice guy when I met him, but now he has turned into a complete idiot. The guy repeatedly makes annoying comments and always tries to do less work (So I have to do more). I try to stay as far as possible from him, but he always comes around and starts telling me what to do. Sometimes he'll yell at me, which really makes me mad. My head starts to spin sometimes. That's how mad he makes me. I've talked to the owner and he told me to stay away from him and handle the problem on our own since its between us. He repeatedly tells me to do his work. Most of the times I do it, but the guy can never be happy. He always brags about how he's the best and always tries to criticize me. I have asked him (super nicely) to stop annoying me. He doesn't stop. I've yelled at him to stop annoying me. The guy STILL doesn't stop. I've been working with him for 6 years now. I've learned the best way to prevent an argument is just, simply ignore him. But sometimes ignoring him won't work because he'll be yelling at me and I just can't handle it and I'll explode and tell him to leave me alone, shut up, or do his work. I have never called that man a bad word. In fact, I call him uncle to respect him. But he takes advantage of my respect and starts acting like he's the boss and wants me to do his work. I don't want to quit this job because I like doing it and it's very fun, so that is not a choice for me. I just wanted some ideas on how to deal with this guy. Thanks.

You need to keep things in perspective. Middle School is a difficult time for everyone. You are going through adolescence and the hormonal changes can make you (and your friends) crazy and unpredictable at times. Time is your ally. Just try to do well in school and search for friends who think more deeply than the friends you described. Don't expect to get a lot of intimate and lasting relationships at this age. Friends that stuck with me over time I did not know until Junior year in HS. Relax. In a few years you will be through this. Your emotions will stabilize and your body will mature and your future will look more focused. Don't be afraid to just be a kid sometimes. Don't be in too much of a hurry to grow up too quickly. Middle School was a terrible time for me too- depression and isolation. It will end soon. Find a sport to challenge your body. The exercise will burn off a lot of stress. Tennis worked for me. my boyfriend is a leo guy, we are together for over a month. this is a tough situation. it's hard to really confront someone who's hurting your feelings. you could try talking to your brother, explain how what he says hurts and you'd appreciate it if he stopped. if this doesn't work, you might want to consider talking to your parents about it. i have an older brother who used to be a real jerk to me, we'd get into some nasty fights and he'd say absolutely HORRIBLE things to me. but as time went on, we both grew up and now we rarely fight. sometimes the best thing to do is wait it out.

Signs that Im done growing taller.?

I just turned 17, Im 180 pounds(muscle), and only 5'9, maybe 5'10 because thats what everybodys been telling me. I never, hit a growth spurt, even though I am very athletic,healthy, have good genes for height. My dad is 6'0, while my mom is 5'2. I exercise with light weights,never pushing myself or over doing it, play high school football, and basketball for fun. I take protein shakes, drink a lot of milk, and take a daily multi vitamin every day. Im very healthy when it comes to eating. I still have a baby face with no hair anywhere except my private area and arm pits. My brother whos a year younger then me just finished his growth spurt and is now passed me by an inch and looks more older, facial and body wise. I have never hit a growth spurt by the way. Should i be ashamed of my figure skating?

I'm 13 and I'm going to high school in the fall, and I haven't even landed my single axel. Everyone tells me it isn't my fault, because my mom hardly takes me skating while my friend who landed hers goes 5 times a week, i barely make 2 times a week. I started skating when I was 5, but after i got into Beta I moved and didn't skate again till i was 7. Then my mom stopped taking me a lot so I started again in about 6th grade. I actually started skating, though, in the middle of seventh grade (half hour private lessons with my coach, freestyle sessions for better skaters, and I was in freestyle 5). I've been working on axel for nearly a year, and I haven't landed it!!! I go about twice a week. On Wednesday, I skate for about half an hour, then do ballet for half an hour (we mostly stretch or work on balance, I'm not on pointe yet) then I skate for another half hour or hour. On Friday, I skate for about a half hour in the freestyle session for my level, then the public session for everyone for a half hour. I try to stretch at home and do off-ice also. Sometimes though my mom doesn't even take me these two days! I also haven't had a coach for a few months. I can do an ok-camel spin, my sit is very good on occasion but I often travel, an ok-backscratch that's kinda short though, and my other jumps are very good. I can do an outside spread eagle, bauer, Ina bauer where you lean back, and I'm the only one at my rink who can do an outside bauer, or perhaps even an Ina bauer, including the elite skaters. But still, should I be ashamed when skating in the freestyle session because I can't do any good jumps like axel and my spins aren't that great either and the only thing I can do is footwork? Please help I don't even like to practice the few times I do skate because I'm so ashamed compared to the other skaters:( Also, any tips on landing the axel? I used to be better when I had a coach I'd land in the landing position just need a quarter of rotation left, now I don't rotate all the way and just open my arms. EVERYONE tells me to keep my arms in and not be afraid, but I can't help it, they just fly out!!! I can do it fine off ice, I can even do double toe sometimes off ice. PLEASE HELP!:((

im am so depressed. i have a very low self esteem, i find school really hard, before i used to get A and B, now I'm to the point that im about to drop out, so my mom took my Xbox 360 away. i tried really hard in school so i can get it back, and i suceeded, i got Bs and Cs, but my mom still wont give me my stuff back, i felt devastated.she has had my stuff for 4 months now. i can't do anything in my house except go on the computer, and watch TV. before you say that I play too much xbox, keep in mind that its the only thing my parents actually let do, BTW i play for 3 hours, 4 max. my parents barely lets me go out with my friends, yet i do a lot of chores, Ex. Clean my room, take out the trash, give my dog a bath, do the dishes, and sometimes i wash their car. kids in my school always pick on me. they always call me short, ugly,stupid, idiot, retard, midget, dumbass, which makes me feel horrible about myslelf. even when I try to play a sport, they never pass me the ball, even when im open. when i finally get the ball, everybody's like "WHY DID YOU GIVE IT TO HIM?!", or "YOU SUCK!, or "YOU KNOW HE'S GONNA MISS!", it makes me feel worthless about myself. What are the EMT Basic rotations like?

I live in Alabama, I'm 17 years old and I'm thinking of taking EMT Basic next semester. I heard you have to apply for it, so how difficult is it to be accepted? I have less experience than my wife, so my opinion isn't worth expressing?

My wife is 11 years old than I am (I'm 32, and she's 43), and we've been married for 1.5 years while knowing each other for about 6. The age difference works out okay because I'm slightly mature for my age and she looks/acts pretty lively/youthful (we meet about halfway haha). We have a difference of opinions I'm hurt but puzzled by. She confident, aggressive, extremely popular, married once before (husband got into drugs), socially skilled, and has been through many relationships. I'm neither very confident nor very popular/socially skilled, and she's the first real relationship (beyond 3 months) I've ever had. She has no respect for or desire to understand my opinions on relationship issues because she says I have no experience base for my opinions. My stance is that 1) a marriage is supposed to be a equal partnership and 2) I don't need experience to have an opinion for what/how things should be done. I do tend to be slightly idealistic. Is it bad that i start crossing my legs when i do a single jump (ice skating)?

When i practice my single rotation jump in ice skating, my legs naturally start crossing a little bit towards the end when im about to land it (off the ice). On ice they dont cross during a single jump. I cant do double jumps yet. So is it bad that they're starting to cross or is it okay?

Revise your talent tree and glyphs and see if you can switch points somewhere, you may have overlooked a few wasted talents points here and there that may not be beneficial to you.
