HELP! I'm Freaking out! Ghosts!?

it' half one in the morning here, i cant sleep, i just decided i'd look up ghosts and experiances, i'm really freaking out because i just saw the biggist flash and felt a chill go through me, i keep hearing the door bang and creak like somebodys trying to get in but everybodys asleep, i keep gettign the sensation that somebodys touching my hair and i occasionly hear the gingiling of keys and i keep getting the feeling that somebodyhas just sat down on my bed, is my mind getting carried away as i was reading ghostly experiances? or is this really happening?
