So uhm.. is it bad wearing the same clothes twice a week? cuz i only have like 7 clothes?

everybodys saying like "ohhh ur wearing that same shirt again" even though its washed it kinda bothers me.. its been a long time since ive both new clothes. all the clothes here are from when i was a kid im 17 now and only 3 pants fit me.. im thinking of buying new clothes but i dont have alot of money.. all only be having 100 a month for clothes will that be enough. ;\
