World of Warcraft Death Knight PVP ?

I'm a frost death knight on the US server Cairne. Level 85 and I do alot of PVP. Lately I've been dueling friends and not doing very well, i lost 3/4 times to my 85 frost mage friend and 1/2 times against my arms warrior friend. I was wondering if anyone knows of a complete PVP Death Knight guide, covering glyphs, talents, rotation, add ons and tips?
