I need some HELP is about FACEBOOK is geting on my nerves?

ok so people on m friends list be geting messages saying **** you i know you been spying on me you loser and everybodys riteing back to me saying y i said that, how can i stop that cause the reason thats happening is because i clicked on a message that said find out whos been on your page nd i clicked on it by accident i dont want to get beat up when i go back to skool tomorrow lolz jk but still HELP?
