Can someone please herlp me with this issue i'm having?

ok, i don't know what im really going to accomplish with this question buuuut, we'll give it a go. Ok, i'm turning 12 in a couple of days, (i'm on my sisters account shhhhhh) and i'm just wondering why does everyone have gigantic boobs!? everybody in my grade has HUGE boobs! and most of them have already started their period! i can barely fill out a 32 A or however you phrase it, and they've got huge bras and or like waving it in everybodys faces.and they like think less of me because i don't have huge boobs. like last year they literally were picking on me in gym class when we would change in the locker rooms. im really skinny and im really short. in health we've been learning about menstruating and all that fun stuff, and the health teachers like well you know your about to get your period when you start getting dicharge, well ive had it for ahile now, and omgeezers this is embarresing BUT i cant talk about it with my mom because she just says that i have to get used to it and when we all grow up they will have boobs down to their knees and you will have nice sized but i doubt it. so does that mean when you get your period you start to devolop boobs? or is it the other way around? and its not like a yeaste infection its like really disgusting and it has an odor. =/ im just confusedd! and my sister gets all annoyed and is like blah blah blah sooooooooooo is there anything i can do to speed it up? or will i be boobless forever? thanks for answering
