How to become a lean bean!? :)?
The best thing to do when burning is to stay positive, your current mentality is great! But it won't last forever, firstly when combating fat and weight issues it's best to avoid weights, at least for a start. Go for all things cardio, gym memberships rock. Do they have running machines? Go for things that expend energy without having a specific focus, weight-lifting only expends energy through our arms really. Running, skipping and cycling would probably be best. Fat IS energy and uses energy up uses fat up. Work, work, work! As hard as it will be the best way to get slim is to work into the ground, it's the reason it's so hard to keep fit. However, diets aren't really helpful when it comes weight loss, just watch the calories, that's the best way to focus on getting slim.
