Balance Druid Rotation?

Your rotation seems solid, same one I use with mine really although mine isn't 85 yet so cant explain why you consider dps to be low, all I can think of is you arnt pulling off spells quick enough (which is highly unlikely) or theres something you are missing in your talent tree. Revise your talent tree and glyphs and see if you can switch points somewhere, you may have overlooked a few wasted talents points here and there that may not be beneficial to you.
