Moving out of parents house?

im 20 yrs old and i have a son whos 2 and im nervous about the move out of my parents im moving in with my bf and another couple with a baby on the way we all have incomes and i feel mostly comforterble with everyone i guess i just dont want to have to be let down if everything doent work out i mean i have several pepl teling me ur ganna regret moving in with roommates but i dotn know weather to ignore it or if its really ganna happen cause everybodys experiances are different
